As SuperPacs “bid” for President and key swing states disenfranchise millions of minorities and millennials, can the decline of Democracy attract more attention than Trump’s Hair and Wall? Shrum thinks that more money/fewer voters is “a disgrace” but Democrats in 2016 have to raise money from SuperPacs to compete and win. Lowry answers that “money is speech”, doesn’t control elections, and that it’s no big deal to apply for a $12 birth certificate to meet Voter ID laws. Asks Host: why should there be any additional burden on eligible voters for a .oooo4% chance of  ‘voter impersonation’?
