Eliot thinks a) there was a near TKO when Romney was rebuked on his “acts of terror” exchange with Crowley and b) his vacillations on abortion will cost him with young women. Mary cites polls showing Romney winning the economic argument. Then: is America “losing our religion” as the rate of unaffiliated citizens rose over two decades?
